The hotel featured a traditional Moroccan style with cool decor and clean interiors despite the old building. The location was ideal, within walking distance to Casa Port train station, bus station, and the old medina. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was considered excellent by guests. A tram line outside provided easy access to Casa Voyageurs train station.
