The apartment was spacious and modern, suitable for a family stay. It included air conditioning in all rooms and a washing machine. Breakfast was served on the rooftop with options of Moroccan or continental styles, prepared individually upon order. The location was quiet and safe, near a large park and easily accessible by tram from the train station. Free public parking was available on the street, with paid underground parking nearby.
