The apartment is clean, comfortable, and well situated with a convenient location near supermarkets. It features a spotless bathroom and fully functioning appliances including a washing machine, dryer, fridge, iron, and ironing board. The neighborhood is safe and easy to find for deliveries. Kitchen equipment is available though somewhat worn out. Parking is possible directly in front of the house.
